RETURNS

You may cancel your order at any time prior to recieving an email from us notifying you that your order has been dispatched. To cancel your order please email us at info@custard-online.co.uk

If you wish to return any of your items, please complete the returns form included with your order. You are responsible for paying for the cost of the return unless the item is faulty. With the exception of faulty items all goods must be unused and in pristine condition in original packaging with all tags. If the item is faulty we may offer a repair, exchange or a refund in accordance with your legal rights. We do recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting which is available from any Post Office. This service does not apply to overseas customers.
