Returns

We make sure all the products we sell are great quality and hope you will be happy with your purchase.  

However, if you are unhappy and wish to return any of your items, we will be glad to offer a replacement or refund provided you tell us within 7 days of receipt of your order.  Just email us at info@custard-online.co.uk

Please note; we are not responsible for the return postage of items unless they are faulty. All items must be unworn and in pristine condition in original packaging with all tags. If an item is faulty we will offer an exchange or a refund in accordance with your legal rights. If you are returning items within the UK we do recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting which is available from any Post Office, we cannot be responsible for returned items not received.
