UK STANDARD DELIVERY: £2.50
We aim to deliver items in stock to you within 3 working days. We dispatch items by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery service. Someone will be required to sign for the parcel.

For orders over £50 (£75 during sale periods) DELIVERY IS FREE,

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY: £6.75
Should you require your items urgently we can send them with Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. Provided you place your order before 1pm (Monday – Thursday) your items will be delivered the following day. Someone will be required to sign for the parcel.

EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: £7.95
If you live outside the UK we will send your items by Royal Mail’s European & International Recorded service. Your items will be insured and tracked. Someone will be required to sign for the parcel. Please note; items dispatched to countries outside the EU may have import duty or sales tax levied as they enter the destination country. We have no control over these additional charges and it is the recipient’s responsibility to pay them.

Disclaimer: Whilst we endeavour to deliver as quicky as possible on rare occasions items may be lost in transit or delayed. We cannot be held responsible for delays which are outside of our control (such as postal strikes). If a delay occurs, please contact us by email at info@custard-online.co.uk quoting your order number and full delivery address and where possible we will investigate further. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. We will not be responsible for a lost or stolen parcel if, at your request, it has been left somewhere unsigned for. Once the goods have been signed for at the delivery address, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you.
